We want you to be happy with your Triple Threes! purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, eligible products purchased directly from TripleThrees.xyz may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, the game must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging and condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Purchases From Other Retailers

This policy applies only to purchases made directly through TripleThrees.xyz. Purchases made through Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, or another retailer are subject to that retailer's applicable return and refund policies.
